Here’s a recipe for soy-free, corn-free, and wheat-free dog treats. They’re made from sardines, a fish species that’s high in omega-3 fatty acids, low in contaminants, and sustainably harvested. ◦2 tins (4.25 oz) of sardines packed in olive oil 2. Using a food processor or hand mixer, blend the sardines and their oil, brown rice flour, mashed potatoes or oats, egg, cheese, and olive oil. 3. Use a 1/4 teaspoon to spoon out treat batter onto a cookie sheet. Dip the 1/4 teaspoon into a bowl of cold water in between each spoonful of batter. (Or you can use your fingers dipped in cold water to shape the treats into little 1/4 teaspoon-sized balls.) Space treats at least a 1/2 inch apart on the cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 10 min. Allow the treats to cool at least 10 minutes before transferring to an airtight plastic container. Store the treats in the fridge for up to one month. These bite-sized treats are perfect for training and they’ll make your dog’s coat look amazing! I suspect that cats would love them too… SOURCE: GO Media - Written by Rachel Shulman - Image courtesy of dakotaduff via a Creative Commons license. Comments

Also, remeber, this is a treat and not a complete nutrition.
